Discussion helps us learn – but this is not new

Because I am interested in identifying ways technology really works with the classic ways of learning, I found this article very informative. It takes my simple premise – that online discussion, in certain circumstances, can be as good, in certain circumstances, or even better sometimes that onground discussion – and puts it in edu-speak.
